SHIPPING

In Cambodia, we deliver your orders with Grab Express in Phnom Penh and VET Express in other regions, while we ship internationally with our partner, DHL Express Cambodia.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Technically, everywhere. However, we currently open to:

  • USA
  • Canada
  • Australia

For other countries, please contact us first via support@zettgear.com to enable your address and give you the shipping fee for checkout. The current maximum shipping weight is 5kg, and shipping becomes unavailable when weight of the items in the cart gets over 5kg.

  • Domestic delivery: For any order before 2.30pm, we offer the same day delivery in Phnom Penh and send out to other provinces. Later than that, the package will be sent out on the next day.
  • International shipping: Usually, we process in 1-2 day(s) and arrive the destination in between 3-5 days. 

PAYMENT

We use ABA PayWay payment in our web store. Currently, you can make the payment with ABA PAY and KHQR if you are living in Cambodia, with your credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB) is you are from other countries.

Surely safe, we can guarantee. Our website is integrated with ABA Bank's PayWay for payment solution which is Cambodia's No.1 Online Payment Gateway.

GEARDROP™

Geardrop™, can be called Geardropping™, is a Zettgear official order service including oversea in-stock pre-order, backorder, group-buy or an order-upon-interest of company's in-house limited Community Series products with the required Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to be met or canceled.

The products can be manufactured or/and purchase-ordered and delivered to the buyers when orders hit 100% of specific order quota and after putting into manufacturing or/and purchase-order and getting shipped out from Country of Origin to company for Quality Check and Pack in a ready-to-ship condition. Orderable time can vary depending on every product. Orders of Geardropping™ cannot be cancelled. It can be subject to cancel and refund to all buyers when the specific order quota does not hit 100% and after the 30 days of grace period (a period counting from the day that service is closed) ends.

You can just add the items into cart and checkout on our website.

If your order is still under processing and not yet shipped out, please contact us immediately via email or other social channels.

You do not need an account to place an order. Guest checkout is available, though we recommend you register for better checkout experience.
