I. INTRODUCTION

The gPoint Loyalty Program (“gPoint”, “Program”) is a rewards program offered by Zettgear (“we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible customers who make purchases on our website or in our official channels. Participation in gPoint is voluntary. By joining or using gPoint, you agree to these Terms of Use.

II. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must have a valid Zettgear customer account to earn or redeem gPoint
  • Guest checkout orders do not earn points
  • Businesses, resellers, and organizations may be excluded from the Program at our discretion
  • We may refuse, suspend, or cancel participation for misuse or fraudulent activity

III. HOW POINTS ARE EARNED
1. Standard Earn Rate

gPoint (unit: gP) is earned based on your membership tier:

  • Points are calculated based on the total paid amount (after discounts, before tax/shipping).
  • Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

2. Tier Thresholds

  • Bronze: Default for all new customers
  • Silver: $500 total spend (equivalent to 500gP) in a rolling 12-month period
  • Gold: $1,000 total spend (equivalent to 1000gP) in a rolling 12-month period
  • Platinum: $2,000 total spend (equivalent to 2000gP) in a rolling 12-month period

Tier levels update automatically once thresholds are met.

3. Exclusions

You will not earn gPoint on:

  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes / VAT
  • Gift card purchases
  • Cancelled/returned/refunded orders
  • Services or digital subscriptions (unless stated otherwise)

IV. POINTS ACTIVATION

  • gPoint is added to your account after your order is marked completed.
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, related points will be deducted.
  • We may correct errors in point calculations without notice.

V. POINTS REDEMPTION

  • gPoint can be redeemed during checkout for discounts on eligible products.
  • 100 gP = $1.00 USD equivalent in discount.
  • You may redeem any amount up to the maximum allowed for the order.
  • gPoint can cover a maximum of 20% of the order total (after discounts, before tax/shipping).
  • Any remaining balance must be paid using other payment methods.
  • gPoint has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.
  • gPoint cannot be used to purchase gift cards (if applicable).

VI. EXPIRATION & VALIDITY

  • gPoint expires in 12 months after the date they become available.
  • Making a qualifying purchase does not extend the expiration of existing gPoint.
    (If you prefer extend-by-purchase, tell me and I can modify.)
  • Expired gPoint cannot be restored.

VII. TIER MAINTENANCE & DOWNGRADE

Tier is based on your total spend over the past 12 months:

  • If you spend falls below the tier requirement, your rank may be downgraded on your next tier review date.
  • Downgrade does not remove previously earned gPoint.

VIII. BONUS POINTS & PROMOTIONS

Zettgear may offer:

  • Double or triple point events
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Bonus points for reviews, referrals, or specific product categories
    The terms of each promotion will be announced separately.

IX. ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS

  • gPoint cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • gPoint cannot be sold, traded, or gifted.
  • Abuse (fake orders, fraudulent reviews, multiple accounts) may result in point removal or account termination.

X. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

We may modify, suspend, or terminate:

  • Point values
  • Earn rates
  • Tier requirements
  • Redemption rules
  • Bonus programs

We will provide notice on our website before major changes take effect.
If the Program ends, all unused gPoint will be forfeited.

XI. LIABILITY

  • Zettgear is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, or delays in point posting.
  • gPoint is promotional and not guaranteed.
  • Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to stop participating.
