I. DEFINITIONS

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Marketplace Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Sellers: When this policy mentions “you” or “your” or “Sellers”, it refers to the Sellers or Vendors who enroll to sell the products.
  • Buyers: When this policy mentions “they” or “them” or “Buyers”, it refers to the Buyers who are willing to make orders of products.
  • Personal Data: any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by ZETTGEAR as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

II. VENDOR ENROLL

To sell your products, you must register an account on the website for enrolling to be a vendor and create a storefront that must be disclosed the required information and/or additional details to prove your store legitimacy. Your Personal Data is protected under Privacy Policy.

III. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product information must include the comprehensive details, product conditions, images of the actual product with timestamp.

IV. PRODUCT HANDLING AND TRANSACTIONS

  • Company will not hold the products in the warehouse and you, the Sellers, are responsible on holding the products and should prepare the product to be ready for shipping before getting the orders from Buyers. When there are orders, you must send the package to the Company to inspect and prepare in first 24 hours.
  • The payments made by Buyers will be paid into the Company's bank account first, then Company makes the payment to you.
  • Company will charge 10% from the sold amount excluding the shipping fee. 80% of amount will be paid to you in 24 hours after the sell. The final 10% will be paid to you in 24 hours after 48 hours of Buyers' discrepancy/damage/defect report period is over.

V. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND SHIPPING

  • Cancellation and Refund will not be accepted as general but will be done depending on the stores' policy.
  • Shipping time will take 7 days at least to process.
